This Policy contains CEB Labs Ltd.’s ("CEB Labs", "we" or "us") information and practices, performed by CEB Labs regarding the DockMaster and its website ("DockMaster"), including the types of permitted information that are collected, tracked, used and shared.

It is your responsibility to read this Privacy Policy ("Policy") thoroughly. Should you decide that you are not pleased by the Policy, do not use DockMaster.

The Privacy Policy is a part of the End User License Agreement and is incorporated herewith by reference.

Collected Information

The collected information may concern your identity and personal preferences, relating to DockMaster, and other anonymous information or non-personal information, such as the number of your page views, link clicks and IP address without the last 3 digits, as well as any other information you agreed to share with us. We may collect only personal information that you provide us voluntarily. If the purchase of the DockMaster pro version is executed by credit card, the information shall be forwarded to the credit card provider, and we do not collect such information.

CEB Labs may also collect information using common internet technology, such as web beacons, cookies and other similar technologies.

Third party websites

The collected information enables the customization of the services by CEB Labs. In case you are redirected from the DockMaster website to a third party site or service, you will be bound by the third party's own privacy policy. CEB Labs shall not be liable for any misconduct by the applicable third party.

The reasons for collecting information

The information may be used for the following reasons:

Sharing information with third parties

Third parties – except as specifically detailed in this Policy, personal information will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

Affiliated companies – subsidiaries and affiliated companies who have undertaken to protect your privacy in accordance with the Policy, may receive the information.

Service providers – service providers that were hired to provide certain services (e.g., cloud computing services, digital purchasing services) for CEB Labs and are under the strict confidentiality and privacy obligations may receive the information.

Legal reasons – the information may be disclosed when required by law or in circumstances that CEB Labs deems in good faith the disclosure is necessary to comply with a judicial proceeding or to protect CEB Labs and its users or third parties rights.

CEB Labs incorporates high standards to protect the collected information. CEB Labs shall continue to use reasonable commercial efforts to ensure the protection of the information. Notwithstanding the above, please keep in mind that no data transmission over the Internet can be protected 100% from intrusions. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially reasonable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. CEB Labs makes efforts to mitigate such risks.

Cookies are text files stored on your computer, containing bits of information that may be used to operate the DockMaster web site. Cookies don't run code or contain viruses. Cookies are used on the DockMaster site to help and record the action made by users, including language preference. Using your web browser, you can manage your settings to enable/disable/limit the cookies on your computer. Please note that if you disable or limit the cookies on your computer, various features of DockMaster may not operate properly. CEB Labs refrains from using flash cookies.

Co-op links

The DockMaster site can contain links to third party websites, which contain co-branded products by CEB Labs or its affiliates with third party companies. CEB Labs is not responsible for third party sites and services and is not liable in any way for any result of your use of these sites and services.

Children under the age of 16

The DockMaster is intended for use for any person over the age of 16 years old. CEB Labs does not collect knowingly information from children under the age of 16 years old. Children under the age of 16 shall not use DockMaster and shall not provide any personal information to us.

We reserve the right to access and verify any personal information collected from you. In the event that we become aware that an individual under the age of 16 has shared any information, we will discard such information.

Storage of information

The information will be stored and protected for the time necessary to provide the DockMaster services, unless otherwise required by law. Should the service or part of it be performed by a third party, it shall comply with the Policy and remove the information in a reasonable timely manner. DockMaster may replenish, rectify, or remove incomplete or inaccurate information, at its own discretion and at any time.

Corporate transaction

Should there be changes in the corporate structure of ICE Labs, including its merger or acquisition by a third party company, all the information ICE Labs stores will be transferred to such company and may be subject to a new privacy policy adopted by the successor company.

Location of storage

The information may be stored and transferred to computers located outside of your current country, state or other governmental jurisdiction and may be subject to a different legal system regarding privacy laws. The data protection and privacy laws of these countries or jurisdictions may not be as comprehensive as those in the European Union. In these instances we will take steps to ensure that a similar level of protection is given to personal information, including through adequate contractual measures. You hereby agree to the transfer of personal information to countries outside the EU.

Please note that the Policy may be changed or updated from time to time, according to ICE Labs's sole discretion. The most current version will be posted on the DockMaster site (as reflected in the "Last Revised" heading). We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes.

Your continued use of DockMaster, following the notification of such modifications, constitutes your acknowledgement and consent of such modifications to the Privacy Policy and your agreement to be bound by the terms of such modifications.
